Сьогодні – День Збройних сил України

Сьогодні, 6 грудня, українці відзначають День Збройних сил України.

6 грудня 1991 року Верховна Рада України ухвалила закон «Про Збройні сили України», «Про оборону України», а 13-го грудня – Концепцію оборони і будівництва Збройних сил України, які визначили основні принципи та напрями розбудови українського війська.

Україна успадкувала від СРСР одне з найпотужніших угруповань військ у Європі, оснащене ядерною зброєю та відносно сучасними зразками озброєння та військової техніки. Але за понад 20 років незалежності українська армія була майже знищена. Впродовж десятиліть відбувалися масові скорочення кадрових військовослужбовців, дехто з військових сам у відчаї кидав службу, не бачачи в армії жодної перспективи. Крім внутрішніх чинників додалися й зовнішні: увесь цей час Україні доводилося долати шалений тиск Москви, яка всіляко противилися створенню в нашій країні дієздатних Збройних сил.

Переломним моментом в історії сучасної української армії стали події 2013-2014 років: Революція Гідності, окупація Криму та частини сходу України. І попри тотальну руїну в армії, зради, втрати, шалений тиск і підступність ворога, українським військовим вдалося відстояти незалежність батьківщини й захистити власний народ від агресора.

Зараз наша армія відновлює свою боєздатність, а Україна оголосила про свої наміри вступити в НАТО. На сьогодні, відповідно рейтингу Global Firepower Index-2021, Збройні сили України за своєю боєздатністю займають 25-те місце серед 140 країн світу.

У Києві, Харкові, Львові, Одесі, Краматорську відбудуться урочисті заходи з нагоди відзначення 30-ї річниці Збройних сил України.

“6 грудня о 18:00 одночасно у містах Київ (Михайлівська площа), Харків (площа Свободи), Львів (площа перед пам’ятником Тарасу Шевченку), Краматорськ (площа Миру) та Одеса (Морський вокзал) відбудуться основні урочистості з нагоди відзначення 30-ї річниці Збройних сил України за участю глави держави, керівництва Міністерства оборони та Збройних сил”, - ідеться у повідомленні Генерального штабу ЗСУ.

У межах святкування між цими містами буде проведено телеміст.

У кожному з них відбудуться демонстраційні покази новітніх зразків озброєння та військової техніки, церемонії вручення бойових прапорів та почесних найменувань військовим частинам, нагородження військовослужбовців державними нагородами. Заплановані виступи військових оркестрів, частування всіх охочих кашею та чаєм.

Окрім того, в Одесі пройде церемонія включення до складу Військово-морських сил ЗСУ 2 патрульних катерів типу “Айленд”, у Харкові військовим частинам вручать 3 танки Т-64БВ, 10 бронетранспортерів БТР-4Е та 10 броньованих автомобілів “Козак-2М1”, 34 одиниці ББКМ “Козак-2М1” урочисто передадуть військовим у Краматорську.

Також у Львові, Києві й Одесі представники ЗСУ отримають у своє розпорядження 15, 13 і 12 одиниць автомобілів HMMWV відповідно.

На Житомирщині Повітряним силам ЗСУ передадуть вертоліт Мі-8 та по одному літаку Л-39, Су-27 і Ан-26.

On December 6, 1991, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law on the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Law on Defense of Ukraine, and on December 13, the Concept of Defense and Construction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukraine inherited from the Soviet Union one of the most powerful groups of troops in Europe, equipped with nuclear weapons and relatively modern models of weapons and military equipment. But over 20 years of independence, the Ukrainian army was almost destroyed. For decades, there have been massive staff reductions, with some in the military desperately abandoning service without seeing any prospects in the military. In addition to internal factors, external ones were added: all this time Ukraine had to overcome the insane pressure of Moscow, which strongly opposed the creation of a capable Armed Forces in our country.

A turning point in the history of the modern Ukrainian army was the events of 2013-2014: the Revolution of Dignity, the occupation of Crimea and parts of eastern Ukraine. And despite the total ruin in the army, betrayals, losses, insane pressure and insidiousness of the enemy, the Ukrainian military managed to defend the independence of the homeland and protect their own people from the aggressor.

Now our army is regaining its combat capability, and Ukraine has announced its intention to join NATO. Today, according to the Global Firepower Index-2021, the Armed Forces of Ukraine rank 25th among 140 countries in terms of combat capability.

Solemn events on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be held in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Odessa, Kramatorsk.

“On December 6 at 18:00 at the same time in the cities of Kyiv (Mykhailivska Square), Kharkiv (Freedom Square), Lviv (the square in front of the monument to Taras Shevchenko), Kramatorsk (Peace Square) and Odessa (Sea Station) the main celebrations will take place. 30th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the participation of the President, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces, "- said in a statement the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

A teleconference will be held between these cities as part of the celebration.

In each of them there will be demonstrations of the latest models of weapons and military equipment, ceremonies of awarding battle flags and honorary titles to military units, awarding servicemen with state awards. Performances of military orchestras, treats for everyone with porridge and tea are planned.

In addition, a ceremony of including 2 Island patrol boats in the Ukrainian Navy will be held in Odesa. units of BBKM "Kozak-2M1" will be handed over to the military in Kramatorsk.

Also in Lviv, Kyiv and Odesa, representatives of the Armed Forces will receive 15, 13 and 12 units of HMMWV vehicles, respectively.

In Zhytomyr Region, the Mi-8 helicopter and one L-39, Su-27 and An-26 aircraft will be handed over to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
